If you are thinking of pursing a bachelors degree in human resources and have begun your search, you may find that this degree type has many variations in name and title. Some schools specifically offer a degree in human resources such as a B.S. in human resources, while other schools offer the program as a business administration degree with a concentration in human resources. Some schools have programs in personnel management or labor relations, which has much of the same curriculum. Most of these programs will prepare you for jobs in human resources; however, you will want to take your time requesting information from schools and comparing programs to be sure that the program you choose is one that will give you the best chance at obtaining the type of job you are seeking in the profession.
