Texas Human Resources Certification
While getting certified is not mandatory, it is recommended that you achieve your PHR(Professional in Human Resources)designation in Texas after one to two years of experience and then, after four to five years, you may be eligible for an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation. Some employers in Texas may prefer job applicants who have some experience and have achieved some form of HR certification.
